Terms of Use
By using Membah you agree to these terms. Because you get the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, these terms apply. For your personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
1. What Membah does
Membah uses AI to transcribe the notes you say or type, sort them into topics, set up your tasks and reminders, and answer questions about your notes. The service is provided by Mehmet Can Sevimdag.
2. Your account
You can start using Membah without creating an account; your notes live in an account tied to that phone. To keep your notes when you change phones, save your account with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account and phone secure.
3. Trial and subscription
- New accounts get a limited free trial (currently 3 days, 30 notes, 20 questions and 10 minutes of long recording). The trial can be used once per phone.
- Subscriptions are purchased through Apple and renew automatically every month until you cancel. The price is shown in the App Store. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its rules, in iPhone Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
- The paid plan offers unlimited notes. A reasonable-use limit may apply to prevent abuse. Long recordings are available up to 5 hours a month in total and 2 hours per recording.
- In a month of unusually heavy use, topic pages may update less often; with much heavier use, new notes and questions may be paused until the end of the month. You can always keep reading your notes.
4. AI and responsibility
Transcripts, topics, extracted times and dates, reminders and answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check your important tasks, appointments and alarms; don't rely on Membah as your only reminder. Your phone's settings (silent mode, notification permission, battery saving) can affect whether reminders and alarms go off.
5. Your content
Everything you save is yours. You allow us to process your content (and send it to the services listed in the Privacy Policy) only to provide the service; we don't use it for anything else. Saving unlawful content, infringing others' rights, or trying to disrupt or abuse the service (e.g. automated uploads, attempts to bypass limits, reverse engineering) is not allowed.
6. Changes to the service and termination
We may change features as we improve Membah. We may suspend accounts that seriously violate these terms. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
Membah is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from AI errors, missed reminders or service interruptions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Changes and governing law
If we change these terms we update their date and announce material changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
